KROVE SHIPPING POLICY

Where We Ship
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein and surrounding areas.

Delivery Timeframes
All orders are dispatched via Aramex Store-to-Door and delivered within 9 to 15 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

Shipping Costs
Standard delivery is R100 nationwide. Free delivery is automatically applied on all orders over R1000.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your Aramex tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

No Customs or Import Fees
All Krove orders are dispatched locally within South Africa. There are no customs fees, import duties, or hidden charges on any order. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.

Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched you will receive an Aramex tracking number via email. You can track your order at aramex.co.za using your tracking number at any time.

Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us at hello@krove.co.za with your order number and we will investigate with Aramex immediately.
